Southern Nights Sleep Tight

It's our favorite sleepy tea. Formerly known as Sleepy Deep. We just decided to get a little fancy with the name. 

Servings 20-25 cups

Ingredients

Lemongrass, valerian root, chamomile, rosehip, spearmint, hibiscus, and corn petals

Steeping Instructions

Heat water to a boil, add one tablespoon of loose leaf tea to your tea ball, french press, or Kuerig(use tea adapter) steep 5 mins
