Ginger and Turmeric together! Two powerhouses combine with green tea are believed fight inflammation, relieve gastro issues and everything in between.

Ingredients

Green tea, black tea, bael nut, ginger pieces, turmeric, red and blue cornflower petals

Steeping Instructions

Heat water to a boil, add one tablespoon of loose leaf tea to your tea ball, french press, or Kuerig(use tea adapter) steep 3-5 mins
