My mission is bigger than tea. 'Sippsi mission is to provide a portal for creating jobs in small Mississippi towns that lack economic development, supports the dreams of creative Mississippi entrepreneurs who lack capital, build a brand that reinvigorates the pride of Mississippians, and brings joy to every person who sips 'Sippsi.
I am passionate about this idea because my own entrepreneurial journey which started in my 20s lacked financial and mentor support, I saw my mom lose her job when a major manufacturer left our small town leaving nearly 1500 people without a job and what that does to a family, and Ive witnessed the loss of hope among people who don't have a job or nothing to feel proud of. I believe one person can make a difference and Im choosing to do that through my business.
